Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg until smooth.
Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
Grease a donut pan with cooking spray or oil.
Fill each cavity of the donut pan about halfway with the batter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the donuts cool for a few minutes, then release them from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
Fill each donut with jelly using a piping bag.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
