Instructions
Start by preparing your chicken. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until smooth.
Add salt and pepper to the glaze mixture to taste.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Place chicken pieces in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on one side until golden brown.
Flip the chicken and pour the honey glaze over it, ensuring each piece is coated.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Check for doneness with a meat thermometer (165°F or 75°C) or by cutting into the chicken.
Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Serve warm with your choice of side dishes.
