Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, beat the egg until well combined.
Cut the chicken breast into small, uniform pieces.
Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off.
Roll the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring each piece is coated generously.
Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each nugget.
Drizzle olive oil evenly over the nuggets.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Flip the nuggets halfway through baking for even browning.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
