Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg until well combined.
  • Cut the chicken breast into small, uniform pieces.
  • Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Roll the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring each piece is coated generously.
  • Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each nugget.
  • Drizzle olive oil evenly over the nuggets.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Flip the nuggets halfway through baking for even browning.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven to regain crispiness.
