Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the minced chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking. Place the marinated chicken on the grill.
Grill for about 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
