  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Approximately 6 ounces each.
  • 6 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley For garnish.

  • Gather all the ingredients on your countertop.
  • Season the chicken breasts generously on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil. Allow it to heat for about 2 minutes until it shimmers.
  • Carefully place the seasoned chicken breasts into the skillet. Sear the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
  • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and allow them to soak in the garlicky broth for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the chicken.
  • Serve hot, drizzled with the garlic sauce from the skillet.

Notes

For variations, consider adding cream for a richer sauce, or vegetables for added nutrition.
