  • 8 pieces Lamb Chops Choose high-quality, well-marbled lamb chops for best flavor.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Mince finely for even distribution.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Use freshly grated for best flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin olive oil is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Use good-quality sea salt or kosher salt.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs Optional, such as rosemary or thyme.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, grated Parmesan, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Rub the garlic-Parmesan mixture generously over both sides of the lamb chops.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the lamb chops on it.
  • Let the lamb chops rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  • Bake the lamb chops for 20-25 minutes, until desired doneness.
  • Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  • Let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
