  • 1.5 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Main protein source.
  • 12 ounces Pasta Use penne or fusilli.
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Creates the creamy sauce.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated for topping and sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing.
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish.

Seasonings

  • Salt To taste.
  • Black Pepper Freshly ground, to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken from skillet, let it rest, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  • Pour heavy cream into the same skillet, scraping up browned bits. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Add sliced chicken and creamy sauce, mixing well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Consider adding vegetables or using different cheeses for variations.
