Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet, let it rest, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
Pour heavy cream into the same skillet, scraping up browned bits. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and return it to the pot. Add sliced chicken and creamy sauce, mixing well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Consider adding vegetables or using different cheeses for variations.
