  • 2 lbs Chicken Breast Fresh, boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced fresh garlic cloves.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, for creamy sauce and topping.
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup Acts as the base for the creamy sauce.
  • 1 cup Milk Whole milk for creaminess.
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning Blend of dried herbs.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper For seasoning.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Plain or Italian-seasoned for topping.
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For drizzling over breadcrumbs.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare your chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut chicken with the minced garlic.
  • Add the two cans of cream of chicken soup to the bowl.
  • Pour in the cup of milk and stir until well combined.
  • Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  • Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the breadcrumb mixture and toss until evenly coated.
  • Spread the breadcrumb and cheese mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
  • Scoop out portions and enjoy!
