Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare your chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cut chicken with the minced garlic.
Add the two cans of cream of chicken soup to the bowl.
Pour in the cup of milk and stir until well combined.
Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
Drizzle the olive oil over the breadcrumb mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Spread the breadcrumb and cheese mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
