Chicken Breasts

Garlic

Parmesan Cheese

Olive Oil

Italian Seasoning

Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until it forms a thick paste.
  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ½ inch.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and spoon the garlic and parmesan mixture over each breast.
  • Sprinkle any remaining parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
