Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until it forms a thick paste.
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ½ inch.
Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and spoon the garlic and parmesan mixture over each breast.
Sprinkle any remaining parmesan cheese over the top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
