Instructions
Gather your ingredients: Collect all proteins, vegetables, grains, and seasonings. Wash and chop vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Select your bags: Use resealable plastic bags or reusable silicone bags.
Layer your ingredients: Add protein first, followed by vegetables and grains.
Add seasoning: Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle garlic and chosen seasonings.
Seal the bag: Squeeze out excess air and seal tightly.
Label and store: Label the bag with contents and date.
Cooking: Dump contents into a skillet or slow cooker. Cook until protein is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
