Instructions
Prepare the fruits: rinse strawberries, slice them, and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add washed blueberries to the bowl with strawberries.
Peel and slice kiwis, then add to the mixing bowl.
Dice the mango and add it to the bowl.
Slice the banana and gently fold it into the mixture.
Chop pineapple into chunks and add to the bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently fold to coat.
Adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
Sprinkle chopped mint leaves over the salad.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
