Fruits

  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced Fresh, ripe strawberries bring sweetness and color.
  • 0.5 cup Blueberries Packed with nutrients and slightly tart.
  • 2 Kiwi, peeled and sliced Adds vibrant green color and tang.
  • 1 Mango, diced Use a ripe mango for tropical sweetness.
  • 1 Banana, sliced Adds creaminess and mild sweetness.
  • 1 cup Pineapple, cut into chunks Introduces juicy tropical flavor.

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Honey Natural sweetener for the dressing.
  • 1 Lime juice Freshly squeezed from one lime.

Garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the fruits: rinse strawberries, slice them, and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add washed blueberries to the bowl with strawberries.
  • Peel and slice kiwis, then add to the mixing bowl.
  • Dice the mango and add it to the bowl.
  • Slice the banana and gently fold it into the mixture.
  • Chop pineapple into chunks and add to the bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until smooth.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently fold to coat.
  • Adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
  • Sprinkle chopped mint leaves over the salad.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve chilled in individual bowls or from the mixing bowl.

Notes

For best flavor, refrigerate before serving. Customize with seasonal fruits as desired.
