Washed and halved.

Instructions
Prepare your workspace and gather all the ingredients.
Wash the mini sweet peppers under cold water and pat them dry.
Slice each mini sweet pepper in half lengthwise and remove seeds and pith.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and red wine vinegar, whisking until blended.
Add minced garlic, parsley, and basil to the bowl and stir well.
Sprinkle in red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper, mixing everything together.
Add the mini sweet pepper halves to the marinade and toss to coat.
Transfer the peppers to a glass jar or airtight container, pouring remaining marinade over them.
Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
Serve the marinated peppers cold or at room temperature.
Notes
These marinated peppers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
