  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined, fresh or frozen.

  • 2 pieces Avocados Diced.
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Diced, preferably vine-ripened.
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped fresh.
  • 2 pieces Limes Juiced.
  • 1/2 small Red Onion Finely chopped.
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced.

Seasoning

  • Salt To taste.
  • Pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

  • Thaw shrimp if frozen, pat dry, and sauté in a skillet with oil over medium heat until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, tomatoes, chopped cilantro, red onion, and minced garlic.
  • Chop the cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl.
  • Drizzle lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently mix to combine.
  • Let the salsa sit for 15-30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
