Instructions
Wash the arugula thoroughly under cold running water and dry it using a salad spinner or paper towels.
Hull and slice the strawberries into thin pieces, and rinse the blueberries gently.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and season with salt and pepper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the arugula, strawberries, and blueberries, and toss gently.
Sprinkle the goat cheese and toasted walnuts over the salad and toss gently again.
Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad just before serving and toss to coat.
Serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra berries and goat cheese.
