Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
In a bowl, combine chicken strips with lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Slice the bell peppers and onion, and set aside.
Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Grill the marinated chicken strips for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
Grill the sliced bell peppers and onions for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Warm the tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds on each side.
Assemble the burritos with grilled chicken, vegetables, cheese, and cilantro.
Fold and roll the tortillas tightly to enclose the filling.
Grill the assembled burritos for 1-2 minutes to crisp the outside.
Serve warm with sour cream and salsa.
Notes
For variations, consider adding jalapeños, using different proteins, or making it vegetarian.
