Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create a marinade.
Pat the beef chops dry with paper towels.
Coat each beef chop generously with the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Arrange the beef chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Baste the chops with remaining marinade halfway through cooking.
Let the beef chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with your preferred sides.
Notes
For a crispy texture, broil the beef chops for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
