Instructions
 

  • 1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • 2. Sauté the onions for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • 3. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  • 4. Incorporate cumin seeds, coriander powder, and green chili, toasting for 1 minute.
  • 5. Add tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes until they break down.
  • 6. Increase heat, add ground lamb, and cook for 8-10 minutes until browned.
  • 7. Season with garam masala and salt, simmering for 5-10 minutes.
  • 8. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice.
