Instructions
Begin by preparing your ingredients. Gather all the necessary components and ensure your chicken breast is cut into uniform bite-sized pieces.
Set up a breading station: In one bowl, mix flour with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In a second bowl, beat the eggs until fully combined.
In a third bowl, pour the breadcrumbs.
Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture, then into the beaten egg, and finally roll in the breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
Carefully add the chicken bites to the hot oil, frying in batches if necessary.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces or sides.
Notes
For a healthier option, consider baking instead of frying. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes.
