Instructions
 

  • Start by preparing the chicken. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring they are well coated with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • While the chicken is marinating, prepare your vegetables. Wash and chop the mixed greens, dice the tomatoes, shred the carrots, and slice the cucumbers.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breasts. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then slice the chicken into strips or bite-sized pieces.
  • To assemble your wraps, lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a layer of mixed greens, followed by sliced chicken, diced tomatoes, shredded carrots, cucumber slices, and shredded cheese.
  • Drizzle your favorite sauce over the top, fold in the sides of the tortilla, and roll it tightly from the bottom up.
  • Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and ingredients. Cut the wraps in half diagonally for easy handling.
