  • 20-24 pieces Large Pasta Shells Perfect for stuffing.
  • 1 cup Sauerkraut, well-drained Adds tangy crunch.
  • 0.5 cup Thousand Island Dressing Gives a creamy, tangy element.
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese Provides melty goodness.

Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the jumbo pasta shells until al dente.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine corned beef, drained sauerkraut, and Thousand Island dressing.
  • Drain the pasta shells and let them cool slightly.
  • Spread a thin layer of Thousand Island dressing in a baking dish.
  • Stuff each pasta shell with the corned beef mixture and arrange them in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese over the top of the stuffed shells.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

For variations, consider adding sautéed vegetables or using different cheeses.
