Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Whisk until sugar dissolves.
Add ground beef to the marinade, ensuring it's coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare toppings: shred cabbage, chop green onions, cut lime into wedges, and chop cilantro.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and cook, breaking it apart, for 5-7 minutes until browned.
Remove from heat and let rest. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
Assemble tacos with beef, cabbage, green onions, and cilantro. Drizzle lime juice over the top.
