Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Whisk until sugar dissolves.
  • Add ground beef to the marinade, ensuring it's coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Prepare toppings: shred cabbage, chop green onions, cut lime into wedges, and chop cilantro.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and cook, breaking it apart, for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • Remove from heat and let rest. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
  • Assemble tacos with beef, cabbage, green onions, and cilantro. Drizzle lime juice over the top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
