Ingredients
  

Lasagna Noodles

  • 12 sheets Lasagna Noodles Cooked al dente.

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened and at room temperature.
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar For sweetening the cream cheese filling.

Chocolate Pudding Layer

  • 1 package Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix About 3.9 ounces.
  • 2 cups Cold Milk For preparing the pudding.

Whipped Topping

  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping Thawed.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips For topping.
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder For dusting on top.
  • optional Chocolate Shavings For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook the Lasagna Noodles: Boil salted water, add lasagna noodles, and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • 2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fluffy.
  • 3. Make the Chocolate Pudding: Combine pudding mix with cold milk and whisk until thickened.
  • 4. Combine the Fillings: Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture, then add the chocolate pudding and mix until smooth.
  • 5. Assemble the Lasagna: Layer cooked noodles, then spread cream cheese and pudding mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  • 6. Add Toppings: Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and dust with cocoa powder or add chocolate shavings.
  • 7. Chill the Lasagna: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • 8. Serve the Dessert: Slice into squares and serve chilled.
