Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, crack the 6 large eggs and whisk until fully combined and frothy.
Add 1 cup of whole milk, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder (if using). Whisk again until well mixed.
Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Add 1 cup of chopped vegetables and 1 cup of diced cooked protein. Mix well.
Grease a 9-inch pie dish or a similar baking dish.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and tap gently on the counter to release air bubbles.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until set in the center and lightly browned on top.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
