Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1 inch.
  • In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  • In another shallow dish, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Coat the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down to adhere.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the coated chicken.
  • Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
