Instructions
 

  • 1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • 4. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer gently to thicken.
  • 5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  • 6. Add fresh spinach and let it wilt for 2-3 minutes.
  • 7. Drain the pasta, reserving some pasta water, and add it to the skillet with the sauce.
  • 8. Toss the pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
  • 9. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.

Notes

Consider adding sun-dried tomatoes or mushrooms for extra flavor. Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
