Instructions
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer gently to thicken.
5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
6. Add fresh spinach and let it wilt for 2-3 minutes.
7. Drain the pasta, reserving some pasta water, and add it to the skillet with the sauce.
8. Toss the pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
9. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
Notes
Consider adding sun-dried tomatoes or mushrooms for extra flavor. Serve with garlic bread or a fresh salad.
