Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a separate saucepan over medium heat, combine the pumpkin puree and milk. Stir well to combine until smooth.
3. Add the cream cheese to the pumpkin mixture and stir continuously until melted, about 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Gradually add the cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until fully incorporated and creamy.
5. Season the cheese sauce with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
6. Fold in the drained macaroni until well coated with the sauce.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
8. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the macaroni and cheese.
9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
