Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 2 cups Elbow Macaroni Cook al dente according to package instructions.

Pumpkin Puree

Cheese

  • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese For robust flavor.
  • 0.5 cup Cream Cheese Adds creaminess.

Milk

  • 1 cup Whole Milk Or any milk of your choice.

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Breadcrumbs

  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs Optional topping.
  • 1 tablespoon Melted Butter For mixing with breadcrumbs.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a separate saucepan over medium heat, combine the pumpkin puree and milk. Stir well to combine until smooth.
  • 3. Add the cream cheese to the pumpkin mixture and stir continuously until melted, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  • 4. Gradually add the cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until fully incorporated and creamy.
  • 5. Season the cheese sauce with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • 6. Fold in the drained macaroni until well coated with the sauce.
  • 7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • 8. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the macaroni and cheese.
  • 9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • 10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
