Instructions
 

  • 1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve half a cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  • 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • 3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • 4. Lower heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted. Add reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
  • 6. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  • 7. Fold in cooked bowtie pasta, ensuring it's coated in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • 8. Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
