Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 ounces Spaghetti Cooked al dente

Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese Blend of mozzarella and cheddar
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic Freshly minced
  • 1 medium Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Topping

  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Seasoned preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For sautéing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
  • Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with the creamy sauce, ensuring it's well coated.
  • Mix in 1.5 cups of shredded cheese, reserving 0.5 cups for topping.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine reserved cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the spaghetti.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve and enjoy!
