Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salsa. Mix thoroughly.
Warm tortillas in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to soften.
Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling along one edge of a tortilla and roll tightly.
Place the rolled taquito seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops of the taquitos with cooking oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with dipping sauces like guacamole, sour cream, or salsa.
