Instructions

  • Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add cream cheese and allow it to melt slightly before mixing.
  • Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Add uncooked spaghetti, ensuring it is submerged in the broth.
  • Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  • Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
