Instructions

Add chia seeds and a pinch of salt, folding them into the mixture.
If using, sift in cocoa powder and mix until fully integrated.
Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
