Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients: Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, oats, chia seeds, and salt.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Add honey and mix well to combine.
  • Incorporate rolled oats and stir gently.
  • Add chia seeds and a pinch of salt, folding them into the mixture.
  • If using, sift in cocoa powder and mix until fully integrated.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
