Food Coloring

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your workspace and gather all ingredients and tools.
  • Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  • Add butter to the melted mixture and stir until smooth.
  • Divide the fudge into separate bowls for coloring.
  • Add food coloring to each bowl and mix until vibrant.
  • Pour blue fudge into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Add green fudge on top of the blue layer, then purple fudge on top, swirling slightly.
  • Sprinkle sea salt over the top.
  • Let the fudge set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for quicker setting.
  • Once set, lift out of the pan and cut into squares or fun shapes.
  • Decorate with edible glitter or crushed candy before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
