Dough Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough Wraps for the meatball roll-ups.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatballs for about 20 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  • In a saucepan, simmer heavy cream over medium heat until it thickens slightly, about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into rectangles. Place a meatball at one end, drizzle with creamy sauce, and roll up tightly.
  • Place roll-ups seam-side down on a greased baking sheet and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Drizzle remaining sauce over the roll-ups before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
