  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar Primary sweetener for the frosting.
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder Unsweetened for rich chocolate flavor.
  • 1/3 cup All-Purpose Flour Thickens the pudding.

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole Milk Adds creaminess and moisture.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter At room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter Signature flavor of the frosting.
  • 1 pinch Salt Balances sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence Adds aromatic flavor.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and all-purpose flour. Whisk until well combined.
  • Gradually add whole milk while continuously whisking to prevent clumps.
  • Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Remove from heat and stir in unsalted butter and creamy peanut butter until melted and smooth.
  • Add a pinch of salt and vanilla essence, stirring well to combine.
  • Transfer to a mixing bowl and let cool to room temperature. Use a hand mixer to whip until light and fluffy.
  • For a swirl effect, mix a portion with additional cocoa powder or melted chocolate.
  • Spread or pipe onto your favorite desserts.

Notes

Store any leftover frosting in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
