Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and all-purpose flour. Whisk until well combined.
Gradually add whole milk while continuously whisking to prevent clumps.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency (about 5-7 minutes).
Remove from heat and stir in unsalted butter and creamy peanut butter until melted and smooth.
Add a pinch of salt and vanilla essence, stirring well to combine.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and let cool to room temperature. Use a hand mixer to whip until light and fluffy.
For a swirl effect, mix a portion with additional cocoa powder or melted chocolate.
Spread or pipe onto your favorite desserts.
