Ingredients
  

Crackers

  • 2 sleeves Ritz Crackers Approximately 40-50 crackers.

Creamy Filling

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened at room temperature.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Cheddar or mozzarella recommended.
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Finely chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Optional Toppings

  • to taste Paprika For garnish.
  • to taste Jalapeño For garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  • Add shredded cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Line Ritz crackers on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Dollop the creamy filling onto each cracker, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are golden and cheese is bubbling.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with optional toppings if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
