Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
Add shredded cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
Line Ritz crackers on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Dollop the creamy filling onto each cracker, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are golden and cheese is bubbling.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with optional toppings if desired.
