Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously until it thickens slightly.
6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted.
7. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
8. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well.
10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
