  • 8 ounces Pasta Use your favorite shape like penne, fusilli, or spaghetti.
  • 1 medium Onion Finely chopped.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For a creamy sauce.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.

  • 1 handful Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • 2. Drain excess fat from the skillet and return it to the heat.
  • 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  • 4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  • 5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously until it thickens slightly.
  • 6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted.
  • 7. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  • 8. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  • 9. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing well.
  • 10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
