Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until translucent.
Add minced garlic and ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain excess grease, then stir in cauliflower rice and mix well.
Add salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, soften cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Mix into the beef and cauliflower mixture until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
