Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat with the minced garlic. Mix thoroughly.
Add the grated parmesan cheese and mix until well incorporated.
Add the breadcrumbs to the mixture and combine.
Crack the egg into the bowl, followed by the milk. Mix everything together until fully combined.
Add the chopped onion and parsley, then season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and press down gently.
For an optional topping, sprinkle additional parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
