  • 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs Helps bind the ingredients together.
  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binder for the meatloaf.
  • 1/4 cup Milk Keeps the meatloaf moist.
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped Provides sweetness and depth of flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped Adds freshness and color.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances all the flavors.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Adds seasoning to the meatloaf.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat with the minced garlic. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add the grated parmesan cheese and mix until well incorporated.
  • Add the breadcrumbs to the mixture and combine.
  • Crack the egg into the bowl, followed by the milk. Mix everything together until fully combined.
  • Add the chopped onion and parsley, then season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and press down gently.
  • For an optional topping, sprinkle additional parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
