Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with the sautéed onion and garlic mixture.

Fold in grated parmesan cheese, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
Season with salt and black pepper, and add chopped parsley if desired.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
