Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until crumbs are coated.
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
Refrigerate the crust to set while preparing the filling.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until combined.
Mix in creamy peanut butter until fully blended.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Before serving, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the pie.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top if desired.
Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
This pie can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Enjoy with whipped cream or fresh fruit!
