Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Chocolate Graham Cracker Crumbs Crushed chocolate graham crackers for the crust.
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Melted to bind the crumbs.

Filling Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened to room temperature.
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar For sweetness and texture.
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter The star ingredient for flavor.
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream Whipped to stiff peaks for lightness.
  • 0.5 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips For drizzling or mixing into the filling.
  • 0.25 cups Chopped Peanuts Optional topping for crunch.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until crumbs are coated.
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Refrigerate the crust to set while preparing the filling.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until combined.
  • Mix in creamy peanut butter until fully blended.
  • Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  • Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  • Chill the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  • Before serving, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the pie.
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top if desired.
  • Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

This pie can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Enjoy with whipped cream or fresh fruit!
