  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 8 ounces Pasta Fettuccine, penne, or bowtie.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For a rich, velvety texture.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 medium Onion Finely chopped.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing.
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated, for sauce and garnish.

  • 1 handful Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
  • 2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chopped onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  • 3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring to avoid burning.
  • 4. Increase heat to medium-high, add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  • 5. Reduce heat to medium, pour in heavy cream, and stir to combine.
  • 6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  • 7. Fold in cooked pasta, ensuring it is well coated with the sauce. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • 8. Simmer for a couple of minutes to meld flavors, then remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
  • 9. Serve warm, optionally with a side salad or crusty bread.

Notes

Consider adding vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition. This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated.
