Instructions
Heat a large pot over medium heat and add olive oil. Once shimmering, add chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the pot and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and deglaze the pot.
Once boiling, add fettuccine and stir to submerge. Cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
After 5 minutes, add broccoli florets to the pot and stir gently.
Return chicken to the pot. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, then serve.

For variations, consider adding extra vegetables, using different proteins, or experimenting with cheeses.
