  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets Cut into small, uniform pieces.

Pasta

  • 8 ounces Fettuccine Pasta Can use whole wheat or regular.

Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream For a richer sauce.
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese Use high-quality cheese.

Flavorings

  • 2-3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth Low-sodium preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For sautéing.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For added flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pot over medium heat and add olive oil. Once shimmering, add chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • Add minced garlic to the pot and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth and deglaze the pot.
  • Once boiling, add fettuccine and stir to submerge. Cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  • After 5 minutes, add broccoli florets to the pot and stir gently.
  • Return chicken to the pot. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, then serve.

Notes

For variations, consider adding extra vegetables, using different proteins, or experimenting with cheeses.
