Instructions
Heat a large pot over medium heat and add ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent.
Drain excess grease if necessary. Pour in beef broth and milk, stirring to combine.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then add elbow macaroni. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until pasta is al dente.
Gradually stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Add mustard, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir and let flavors meld for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
