  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce Reserve some for drizzling on top
  • 2-3 medium Apples Preferably a mix of tart and sweet varieties
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts Optional, such as pecans or walnuts

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • 2. Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, and mix until creamy.
  • 3. Incorporate the vanilla yogurt and mix until light and fluffy.
  • 4. Slowly add the caramel sauce while mixing on low speed to create a marbled effect.
  • 5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  • 6. Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
  • 7. Slice the apples just before serving and arrange them around the dip.
  • 8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
