Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar, and mix until creamy.
3. Incorporate the vanilla yogurt and mix until light and fluffy.
4. Slowly add the caramel sauce while mixing on low speed to create a marbled effect.
5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
6. Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
7. Slice the apples just before serving and arrange them around the dip.
