Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Crushed Graham Crackers
  • 0.5 cups Melted Butter

Filling

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened and at room temperature
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping
  • 3.4 ounces Chocolate Pudding Mix Instant
  • 2 cups Cold Milk

Topping

  • 4-5 bars Butterfinger Bars Crushed into bite-sized pieces

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Stir until well-blended.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until fluffy.
  • Fold in whipped topping gently until combined.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust and sprinkle half of the crushed Butterfinger bars on top.
  • Prepare chocolate pudding mix with cold milk, whisk until thickened, and pour over the cream cheese layer.
  • Top with remaining cream cheese mixture and smooth out. Sprinkle remaining Butterfinger bars on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Slice into squares and serve chilled, optionally garnished with additional whipped topping or chocolate syrup.

Notes

This dessert can be made ahead of time and is perfect for gatherings. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
