Ingredients
  

Bread

  • 1 loaf Baguette or Ciabatta Bread Sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces.

Cheese

  • 200 grams Burrata Cheese Fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream.

Vegetables

  • 200 grams Cherry Tomatoes Halved or quartered.

Herbs

  • 15-20 leaves Basil Leaves Torn or whole.

Condiments

  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze For drizzling.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin, for drizzling over bread.

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper Freshly cracked.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice the bread into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  • Arrange the sliced bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Prepare the toppings by mixing halved cherry tomatoes and basil leaves in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  • Top each slice of bread with a dollop of burrata cheese.
  • Add the tomato and basil mixture on top of the burrata.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
  • Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Store leftovers separately: keep toasted bread at room temperature and toppings in the refrigerator.
