Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the bread into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
Arrange the sliced bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Prepare the toppings by mixing halved cherry tomatoes and basil leaves in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Top each slice of bread with a dollop of burrata cheese.
Add the tomato and basil mixture on top of the burrata.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Serve immediately while warm.
Notes
Store leftovers separately: keep toasted bread at room temperature and toppings in the refrigerator.
