Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken and fresh broccoli florets.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and broccoli, and fold until well coated.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let it sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
