Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and no longer pink. Ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
5. Reduce heat to low and add the Bang Bang sauce. Stir well and warm through for about 2 minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Add reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
7. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with chopped green onions.
8. Serve immediately while warm and creamy.
