Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Diced into bite-sized pieces.

Pasta

  • 8 ounces Pasta (penne or fettuccine) Cooked al dente.

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce

Flavorings

  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For cooking the chicken.

Garnish

  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped for garnish.

Seasoning

  • Salt To taste.
  • Black Pepper Freshly ground, to taste.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and season with salt and pepper.
  • 3. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and no longer pink. Ensure it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • 4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  • 5. Reduce heat to low and add the Bang Bang sauce. Stir well and warm through for about 2 minutes.
  • 6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Add reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
  • 7. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with chopped green onions.
  • 8. Serve immediately while warm and creamy.

Notes

For variations, consider adding vegetables, switching proteins, or adding fresh herbs for extra flavor.
