Instructions
Wash and dry the ripe avocados. Cut in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
Add Greek yogurt to the mixing bowl with the avocado.
Pour in buttermilk and whisk to combine until smooth.
Add ranch seasoning mix and whisk until fully incorporated.
Add minced garlic and whisk to combine.
Squeeze in lemon juice and whisk until well blended.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving bowl or jar for storage.
Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container. Stir before serving as it may thicken.
