  • 2 medium Ripe Avocados Soft to the touch but not overly mushy.
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt Adds creaminess and tangy flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk Gives the dressing its ranch flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning Mix Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced for flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed to add brightness.
  • Salt and Pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the ripe avocados. Cut in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Add Greek yogurt to the mixing bowl with the avocado.
  • Pour in buttermilk and whisk to combine until smooth.
  • Add ranch seasoning mix and whisk until fully incorporated.
  • Add minced garlic and whisk to combine.
  • Squeeze in lemon juice and whisk until well blended.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl or jar for storage.
  • Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container. Stir before serving as it may thicken.
