Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.

Pour in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
Gently add cheese ravioli, ensuring they are well-coated with sauce.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from heat and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella layer.
Cover and let sit for 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
Uncover and serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
