  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  • Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in marinara sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
  • Gently add cheese ravioli, ensuring they are well-coated with sauce.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella layer.
  • Cover and let sit for 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
  • Uncover and serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
